A female employee not wearing a name tag was rude when I asked to choose the bagels and put them in a bag to keep them off the dirty counter. Next time I will go to Hudson.
I've yet to encounter a line. I work down the street and I've been in and out of here faster than McDonald's. My bagel sandwich is always consistent, fresh and satisfying.
Good generic bagel joint. By deli standards you will get a B- to C+ bagel. Clean. Staffing uneven.
