Great burger. Have to get used to the Swensons sauce. A little tangy. Overall is a great place to eat. It's better to eat there than take out.

Always prompt and friendly. Have not had a bad experience yet and have been going here for years. Love the staff and the food. It's fun for our family to sit, eat and talk.
Usually love this place. I am in town in Kent for my last day and went to pick up dinner. We parked and got our food to go. The waiter took our order and repeated back to us everything that we had ordered. We got home missing a cheeseburger. I called asking if we could come pick up our cheeseburger thinking it was missing. Waited on the phone on hold for awhile for her to look up my ticket. Turns out it was NEVER put on the order even though the waiter repeated it back to us. Was then told we could come pick it up but would have to pay for it and would offer a free drink. Are you kidding me?! I can't believe she would make us drive back and PAY for the burger the waiter forgot to enter for us. We did not want a free drink.Yes mistakes do happen but this was not a good way of making it right. I will make sure to tell others about the bad customer service here and will not be back with my family anymore.
