Helpful staff. Only got a 4 because shelves were a huge mess. It's December, so honestly, I understand. It was just really hard to find Men's dress pants in a certain size.
Shopped there today- well, tried to. Bought a cooker. No price displayed. I had already priced it out online so knew what the price was supposed to be anyway. Then I went to women's plus for some jeans. The entire department was a mess. Clothes not folded, everything mixed in with everything. It was difficult to find where said jeans were even supposed to be let alone anything I might like to go with them. Gave up. Other areas of the store were similar.
Love this Kohls! Ordered online, walked right up to customer service and picked it up. Always friendly people working there!
The people working are very courteous and helpful here. I returned some items on this particular trip but didn't buy anything and I'm glad I didn't. It's the weekend of no sales tax so there's a lot of people in line and not enough cashiers.
