The customer service here was fantastic. There was a little mishaps with my order but Gloria Conner and the manager were tremendously helpful in finding faster way to resolve the shipping problem. I always come here when I visit OH because this place is as comfortable as a home. The sales associates are remarkable.
An old institution in amongst lots of newer shops nearby. Good to still have it available. Just wish they'd make checkout far less confusing with bonus cash, Macys cash, discounts here there and everywhere and then incorrect pricing on items

Went to this store for the first time in 10 years or more just to look for men's shoes. We were sadly disappointed with the selection and the prices.
However they had some really awesome sales and alot of clothing.
Even though this is a really old Macy's it has a lot of character. The registers we're in weird spots of the store, I didn't really know where to check out at.
